1. 1. FTM Brokers Premium Сlub (hereinafter "Club") is valid from 01.08.2020 to 31.07.2024.

2. Any Client of the company who has fulfilled the following conditions can become a member of the Club:

2.1. Client has deposited margin collateral on one investment account over 5,000 USD within one day (according to the server time that corresponds to EET);

2.2. Within 24 hours from the moment of making margin collateral, client wrote a letter to the address info@ftm.by from the email address specified in Client Personal area, with the following content: "I want to be a member of the FTM Brokers Premium club, I have read and agree to its terms and conditions."

3. The client fulfilled clause 2 of these terms and conditions, is given the status of member of a Premium club (hereinafter "Status"), which is valid from the date of obtaining confirmation letter from the company in the current month until the end of next month.

4. The Status is automatically extended for the third and subsequent months, if on the first day of this month the balance of one of the Client's investment accounts exceeds 5,000 USD, except for the cases specified in clause 7.2 of these terms.

5. During the period of validity of Status the following benefits are available to the Customer, which apply to all investment accounts of the Client:

5.1. Compensation for expenses when depositing to your account, including conversion of payment systems, with the exception of (except for) margin deposits through the automated information system of the United Payment and Information Space (AIS UPIS). The maximum amount of compensation for one deposit of margin collateral must not exceed 3% of the deposit amount and be no more than 300 USD;

5.2. Return of the spread in the amount of 250 USD after making a total turnover of 10 lots on closed transactions in accordance with the terms of the "Spread refund" promotion;

5.3. Double spread refund according to the terms of the "Loyalty program" promotion;

5.4. Double compensation for negative swaps in accordance with the terms of the "Loyalty program" promotion;

5.5. Priority service: your questions and requests are processed by the company's specialists firstly;

5.6. Access to a closed Telegram channel with investment ideas.

6. Compensation provided by the Club is credited until the 10th day of the next month for the previous month in which the Client had the Status.

7. The Status in the Club is lost:

7.1. If on the first day of the third and subsequent month the Client does not have any investment account with a balance of more than 5,000 USD;

7.2. From the next month, if more than 6 months have passed since the date of the last deposit;

7.3. To re-assign the status of Premium client, it is necessary to comply with clause 2 of these terms and conditions.

8. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally:

8.1. Refuse to grant the Client a Status or to grant one or more Club benefits unilaterally without giving reasons;

8.2. Change the terms of the Club or cancel the Club by providing the Clients with the notification information on the official website of the company no later than 1 (one) calendar day before the relevant changes.

9. The amount of compensation is specified after payment of income tax on an individual in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
